The Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sports has announced that it is now accepting applications for student loans and scholarships. The announcement signals that the financial aid program is active and ready to receive requests from prospective applicants across the country.

All applications are to be submitted electronically via the e-Devlet system, Turkey’s online government gateway. The ministry states that the entire process—from filling out forms to uploading required documents—can be completed through this digital platform, removing the need for paper submissions or in‑person visits.
The ministry has set a firm cutoff date of October 16, 2026, with applications accepted until 23:59 on that day. Osman Aşkın Bak, speaking on behalf of the ministry, said, "GSB scholarship and student loan applications have started as of now. You can make your applications via the e-Devlet system until October 16 at 23:59. We will continue to be by your side with all our capabilities." He emphasized that the ministry remains committed to supporting applicants throughout the process.
